I have many situations in my teeth that I’ve been putting off. I am a new patient with Dr. Carrillo, since my dentist retired.
Dr. Carrillo took a great deal of time on the first appointment, and had me come in two days later to discuss my treatment plan based on X-rays I provided from my previous dentist, and his lengthy look and measurements.
He patiently answered my questions on each phase (three) and why he prioritized each phase using X-rays and his personalized review of each tooth. Then, when I checked out, the receptionist already had a detailed cost for each phase with the insurance coverage taken into account, which I found very informative. My next appointment was made for one week away to start phase one.
I’m totally pleased with my experience, and recommend Dr. Carrillo and his staff to take great care of your dental needs.

This was my first visit. Staff was friendly, Dr. Carillo did a thorough check and cleaning, and clearly explained what next steps were needed. His staff spent time explaining the costs to be incurred and how my insurance worked.
I will continue to visit this practice.

Fast and professional. Hygienist was pompt and effective and moved things along. Does most of the work. Dr Carillo is professional and pleasant but you can tell he is keeping track of time. Reception area staff were pleasant and personable. I will stay with practice because it’s nearby, economical, and efficient.
